First impressions:

I’ll have to rate this around 6.5 out of 10

It’s basically a comedy series, revolving around primary school kids this time. Small young kids with decidedly adult themes. And no, they weren’t doing what you are imagining in the screenshots.

Consisting of short unrelated story plots, each one was funny enough, but none got me laughing out loud. Could have been a lot better, but echiness together done with primary school kids, just seem very weird to me. But still worth a couple of laughs I guess.

Depends on what kind of anime you go for. Perverse humor, drawings of small kids. Well. this would be the anime for you.
