OMG FF13 on Xbox
OMG let me just go into rabid fanboy mode here. ff13 is gonna be released on the xbox 360. Needless to say i am completely devastated by this piece of this. I was always a strong believer that ff13 should remain on the ps3. apparently, square enix thinks otherwise. I bet the japanese didn’t see this one coming. it is an outrage, and curse square for letting the financial clout of microsoft get to them.
I am very very disappointed and i hope sony has something to show for to counter this tomorrow.
Edit: kotaku has a live blog going on now with regards to this

This is an awesome move for Square Enix from a financial pov.
Their audiences in the US/Europe have just sky rocketed for FFXI.

Besides the big splash on FFXIII, I’m glad that Square is releasing “The Last Remnant” on PC

Umm…. what? I mean… as opposed to Sony’s financial clout…? They’re releasing it on both, right? Why are you a “strong believer” in such a silly and arbitrary thing?

First: Star Ocean
Now: Final Fantasy
Looks like there is no longer any franchise from Square-Enix that I’ll be buying/playing on my PlayStation3—wait. There’s still Final Fantasy versus 13. Oops.
LOL

You sir, are an idiot. “I want it PS3 exclusive, waaa”. Probably annoyed that this benefits other people, which clearly is bad. What a Twat. PS3 is overpriced, with no good games on it (or ever). So shut up

Well if your concerned over this, then you just have been outraged when Square “jumped ship” years ago and left Nintendo for Sony. Or did you forget about that lil incident? We live in a world where loyalties last as long as money is rolling in. Plain and simple

I hope you realize that Final Fantasy was originally on a Nintendo system.
Considering how Sony and Nintendo extorted 3rd party publishers for years you shouldnt be upset at this.
