Huh?? A girl in class who has a crush on Koushi. Except that her personality is so invisible that she’s almost like a ghost, and she has all the gadgets needed to act like one. Throw in the fact that your class is doing a haunted house and your school has ghost rumours and you’ve got it made.

Koushi’s class has chosen to do a horror house for cultural festival. What seemed like a good idea for Momoko to cuddle up to Koushi obviously turns bad. Momoko is excessively frightened by the props, yet Koushi is totally heartless.

Add in the appearance of a girl who disappears when Momoko sees her, and rumours in school about a girl who haunts classes who do haunted houses for cultural festival.

A little research discovers that the girl of the rumours was actually in Koushi’s father’s classes last time. Koushi’s father looks exactly like Koushi! Speculation thus arise about how the girl must have wanted to confess to Koushi’s father, but died before being able to do so.

Suddenly the mysterious girl appears at the library door. We find out that she’s actually of the same class, just very much invisible. She interacts plenty with machines, thus is too shy to interact with people. All that happened previously were just a series of coincidence. Oh, and she happens to have a crush on Koushi.

She likes the attention she gets as a ghost, and continues to pretend to be one, thus earning a date with Koushi.

How to pretend to be a ghost.

Anti-gravity devices are a must.

On demand fireworks must be available from your house so that you can distract people while you set up your machines.

Problem is though, ghost arn’t supposed to use toilets.

Be prepared to fight exorcists.

Hence at deserted toilet, the girl meets Iroha, who proceeds to do an exorcism, as she doesn’t want to give away Koushi. But Momoko interrupts, saying that she feels for the girl, and the girl should be allowed to confess her love. However in the midst, she sprained her ankle.

Be prepared to fight class bullies.

Finally it’s time to make a confession on the roof to Koushi. But instant rejection! However, everybody arrives expecting the girl to rise up to heaven. No choice, got to do it. Must wait till everybody disappears before floating back to earth though.

Next day, we see the girl back in class, totally shy and invisible again.

Thoughts

This was a lame excuse as a filler. Totally useless storyline, lacking humour as well. Heck, even the quality of the animation dropped. Watching the OP and ED over again was better than watching the episode itself. Worse episode in series. Enough said.
