If you don’t pay the “compensation” they will see you in court lor. This is what they called “settlement out of court”.

To be exact, the newspaper stated that ODEX will get an auditor in and any extra will be donated to charities. Well, it’s up to everyone’s guess whether there’ll be extra or not.

You might want to add that Odex had recently at a press conference said that they did not force anyone to pay and that all compensation was done willingly. Furthermore, they claimed that all excess money will be donated to a charitable cause. Didn’t they say that they could hardly cover 20% of the expenses in the first place?
