Figurine: 1/8 Nayuki Minase from Kanon
My Nayuki figurine finally came in the mail a couple of weeks back. I didn’t really intent to get this one, but Stripey first convinced me to get the Mai figurine, and then add in the Nayuki one to make it a complete set with Ayu. While overall nice and better than the promo photos I saw (which initally turned me off), there’s nothing outstanding that you can really say about this figurine.
The box remains mostly similar to that of Ayu’s
Her accessories are a bag, and a snow rabbit. Pretty boring stuff. Her hair is made up of an amazing number of strands though.
I can only categories this figurine as being nice, boring and safe. It’s nice, better than the promo photos. But absolutely boring. It would be nice to have say… a sleepy nayuki carrying a frog. Something different. Nayuki’s my favorite character, but this figurine doesn’t particularly stand out.
Here’s a comparison to Ayu. They’re the same scale.. shows you how much smaller Ayu is. heh…. I’m eagerly waiting my Mai figurine to arrive though.

Just wondering, you buy from HLJ? Wouldn’t it be cheaper to get from Sg shops?
The last time I checked… it’s actually cheaper to get from HLJ compared to those at sunshine plaza no downpayment for pre oder. That was awhile back though. Not sure if the price difference is still the same now.
Of course, after I discovered that treasure land does preoder (and for the same price as HLJ except no shipping costs), that’s where I go.
Maybe I should check out prices at sunshine plaza again. I just dun drop by that place all too often.
I have this as well and received in weeks ago. I should really get off my ass and take photos. I’ve already taken her out of the box but haven’t had a good look at it but I think it’s a good figure, but I agree that it seems a rather simplistic figure.
Latendo price have drop quite a bit. Not sure of KKNM, never patronise them before.
@Adun: Told ja… we’re going to have identical figurine collections. Except for that horde you’ve already had before I started.

CSC is mostly cheaper than sunshine unless you have special perks with the respective shops. Anyhow, my impression is both locations are cheaper than HLJ.
It should be noted that at least for Kotobukiya goods, CSC shops are able to give the better price because most of them come direct from China/Hong Kong instead of being routed to Japan then coming to Singapore. I have seen differences in quality between the Japan-direct and Hong Kong-direct (both legitimate) figures. So do bear that in mind when picking out your figures 
CSC for the popular figurines and Sunshine (a-p) for the harder to find ones. But still, nice figurines you have =0
