I guess my friend ain’t too wrong to call me identical to Konata huh. So she finds that a fox would represent her best too.

Konata’s mind assigns an animal to every character. Yutaka a squirrel. Tsukasa an obedient dog. Cousin yui’s a fierce leopard. Minami a cool falcon. Miyuki a fluffy sheep. Wait no… more like a cow… because of certain assets.

And no. Kagami is no tiger. More like a lonely rabbie. awww

Kagami is very very enthusiastic about getting Konata to read novels. Man… feel free to have cute girls stare at me anytime.

Random scenes:

There are foods and certain exercises that are good for the eyes… but why doesn’t Miyuki try them. Guess her moe-ness prevents her from doing them properly, must to Konata’s horror.

Kagami scolds Tsukasa that keep dogs arn’t easy, even though they look horribly cute. Only to blush when she reveals that she knows so much about dogs because she once thought the same way.

Kuroi and Konata fights it out in FMP mechas, even as Kuroi tries to impress upon Konata why televised elections are good.

Akira makes a random appearance as a picture diagram.

Konata vows that she’ll use her hp for way way longer than typical. Big spender on anime and manga, but skimping on all else.

Lucky star’s new characters

Is kagami reliable because she has to counter Tsukasa’s absentmindedness? Or is Tsukasa that way because she can always rely on Kagami

Tsukasa has problems reading newspapers, because the format is so different from manga.

Minami is tall because she drank lots of milk when young. But in actual fact, she was just trying to grow in other areas.

Yutaka is dodgeball queen. Because everybody pities her weak body too much to throw at her.

Minami on the other hand is truly strong, who delivers a killer blow to Tamura Hiyori. Who happens to be very excited imagining her classmates (minami and Yutaka) in Yuri scenes. Massive shame when her sketchbook is seen by others.

Introducing Patty, the foreign otaku, who has visited all the important otaku places, even maiden road. Except that Yutaka thinks it has something to do with fairy tale princesses.

Kusakabe Misao has some 3-second rule. Pick it up before 3 seconds has passed and the food you dropped is still edible.

Lucky Channel

Introduction of the new characters. Akira’s of course ain’t too happy, since she still hasn’t quite made a full appearance yet.

ED has Shiraishi singing, with Tsukasa’s seiyuu prancing around in a wedding dress. (huh??)

Thoughts

Somehow my fanboyism of kagami just rose a few folds once again after this episode.

Definitely a good episode, especially compared to ep 17, even if it’s still not one of the better ones.

The introduction of new characters might seem late, but I thought it came in at a very very appropriate time, just before we get totally tired of just tsukasa, konata and kagami. (or can we never get tired of the trio)

Think even as the episode progress, there’s getting a much better balance between big scenes and random talk. Really a big difference since the beginning few episodes.
