I guess this can be described as an episode of Kyoshiro’s redemption. But meh! What on earth was this whole episode about. Plots holes everywhere.

So kyoshiro’s group reaches Kuu and the rest of the absolute angels. But they get totally pawned by Kazuya’s thorns and egoistical rants. They do not prevent the angels from merging, but suddenly with a split of light, they transform into Bastille instead, the destructive form of the absolute angels.

 Somewhere else… Meginjord is holding the angels captive. She goes to every of the angel, asking about the person they hold dear, and whether they seek the destruction of the world. (if you can’t be with the person you want, destroy everything else right?)

Bastille starts splitting up thanks to the 4 angels, but Kazuya tries to hold it together, still trying to reach out to his cielo. Meanwhile Kazuya’s group fights off more steel angels. One by one they stay back to hold of the hordes, one by one they are pawned and destroyed.

 Kuu finally remembers Kyoshiro. Somehow Kaon grabs Kuu from the womb that she is, while the rest of the angels combine to step (and i suppose kill off) kazuya. happy ending. Kyoshiro hugs Kuu as she falls.

Oh, and there was a recurring theme about how Kyoshiro is not like the kind of prince Kazuya is. And he’ll no longer blindly follow Kazuya bla bla…
