Normal Anime: Could it be…. I’ve fallen in…. LOVE! Momomo: Could it be… I’ve fallen… UNDER THEIR EVIL INFLUENCES! Who would ever imagine that Koushi would start blushing at thoughts of Momoko…

The problem of Koganei is quickly solved when Iroha appears with a giant needle to cause some “pain”. Suddenly, momoko gets the revelation that Koganei must be an assasin. This hurts Koganei the most, who breaks free of his bonds, hoping that Momoko would remember their promise.

So the story that momoko met Koganei when young. Koganei defeats Momoko with a single punch, humiliating Momoko. Momoko promises that she’ll train grow stronger and return. But only in Koganei’s mind is the fantasy that she’s training to be a better woman for him. The promise is thus written on becky the soccer ball. The promises wasn’t finished writing though, half written and because of the kanji, Momoko is thinking of Duel, while Koganei is thinking of Wedding.

And So Momoko remembers everything! And sends Koganei flying with a punch thinking he is here for a duel, before he can say anything.

At home, Koushi’s father reveals the reason why people want to assassinate him. Since history, there have been twelve martial arts clans. Previously unified under one leadership, they are now splintered into the east and west. Of course there is much hatred, and Japan’s 6 big wars were due to the east fighting the west. Only solution? Koushi’s father leads the west, while Momoko’s father leads the east. As such, the marriage of Koushi and Momoko will lead to unification. But not everybody wants that, hence the assasinations.

Through all this time, Koushi did not forget what Momoko did to help him at the soccer field. He approaches her to help fold clothes. This leads to them accidentally touching each other hands, causing both to blush. Koushi tries to talk his way out, but ends up wiping his sweat with Momoko’s Pantsu. HOHO!

This blushing incidents leads to many others. Even at dinner, Koushi only has praises for Momoko’s cooking. Koushi can only blush as he asks for seconds. Left with no choice but to use Momoko’s shampoo as his has run out, Koushi can only think *cough* impure thoughts of Momoko.

Perfect night for Momoko to make things happen? WRONG. Koushi barricades her out of his room, believing that he’s coming under their evil influence.

A frustrated Koushi finally feels at ease when he has a normal conversation with Sanae. However, Momoko arrives and interrupts with mentions of protecting him. This leads to Koushi calling her an eyesore, and leaving together with Sanae.

Iroha makes a 5 sec loli appearance as Momoko is left to shop on her own

Back at koushi, He meets his three bullies classmates, who taunt him again. Even as they launch a punch at him, Sanae stands in between and takes the punch for him. Falling down, Sanae asks Koushi to leave together, repeating the same things that the old Koushi would say.

But no! Momoko has changed Koushi now! Asking Sanae to leave first, Koushi takes on the three bullies. However. There can only be one end result.

Hey… at least Koushi feels good this time

Back home, Momoko rushes out with the first aid kit. But Koushi tells her that he does not need the bandages. Momoko’s reaction surprises him, as she meekly leaves the first aid box there and leaves. Koushi then remembers scolding Momoko in the afternoon and goes after her, only to see her crying. Anyway, Koushi hints that he would like momoko to bandage him up, leaving Momoko with a big grin.

But still no sex allowed!

Thoughts

Ahh… I haven’t been hearing “koushi-dono” for so long that I thought I was going to get withdrawal symptoms.

Man… this anime brings chibi to a new level. Chibi Momoko was so cute!

Yay! Three Cheers for Koushi for no longer being a wimp. The power of Momoko! *cheers* Of course he still can’t fight, but at least he has determination now, and treats Momoko nice.

We hear plenty of Aya Hirano Voicing Sanae today. It sounds positively like her. But it sounds positively weird. Weird in the sense it doesn’t sound like the type of voice I would like to hear from Sanae. Hmm… I’ll comment again about this after ep 9. (which is about Sanae’s clan)

This ep wasn’t as funny, but was still a good watch. Three cheers for koushi again!
