Um. Nothing special has appeared in this series yet in terms of story line. The animation is good, but isn’t really my style or to my liking. But I’m still intrigue by the seiyuu story line, and REC really impressed me, so I guess I’ll be watching for at least a few more episodes.

Episode 2 is still kinda in an introduction phase. Momoko is dreaming about being a really good seiyuu, and going out with her idol, minato. But it becomes a nightmare when the image suddenly turns into one of a “exposed” Atari.

After waking up, momoko meets her landlord, narita runa. Momoko also meets a sleeping Atari. Atari gets a phonecall from his anime company, but momoko doesn’t want the phone to disturb him, so switches it off. But Runa requests momoko to wake atari up for breakfast. Not surprisingly, her loud voice wakes everybody in the house up instead.
So we get an introduction to tenants staying together. There’s mayu, yukiya a crazed sports maniac, Junko a hostess, sendai taking law exams (fails repeatedly). When requested to say a few lines, momoko goes to look for her script book. which is missing. Atari gets the responsibility to help look for it. While looking, momoko shares her dream of becoming a seiyuu, but atari is pretty pessimistc about it.

Momoko attends her first voice lesson class, and finds out that voice class lessons is really tough, with a very strict teacher. To show off her strengths, momoko volunteers to introduce herself. But when she says she looks forward to speaking in front of the mic, the teacher instead starts to emphasis on how hard it is to pass the class.

A dejected momoko returns home, seen by a equally dejected atari, who has become sort of a gopher in his company, instead of spending time drawing. (I guess he is an apprentice?) This time, momoko finds her script book in the rest of her bags which have just arrived. But decides not to read from it, until she becomes a real voice actress.

It ends with momoko voicing her determination.

i am interested in seeing more of atari though. we’ll see how this series goes. Couple of fanservice here and there. Not much yet. Hopefully it doesn’t become overwhelming.
