Kanon – Tragic Moments 7

You know… I cried buckets watching Air….
And even from episode 1, no matter how funny Kanon was, I always had this fear hanging that it would turn tragic…
We’re entering the Makoto story arc now
p.s. sidenote, I’ve not watch the toei version, but looking at comparison shots… it’s not hard to see why people say that kyoani is alot better. Especially the mood setting in this episode. In the above captured scene in toei, Makoto actually THREW the cat.
I’ll do a cute moments one tomorrow. probably.
I think it was pretty obvious things would become tragic. The type of show this is almost guarantees something like that. If this had carried on to the end of the series, with no real plot, then it would be less progressive that a normal slice-of-life. It’s the same with Air.
haha. yeah i know. love-hate r/s with this kind of anime. Even though I expected it, doesn’t make it any less traumatic.
It’s very good though.
Definitely not cute, nor was it well deserved. If Yuuichi had slapped her I’d have been upset at both of them. But hey, it was all fixed in the end.
