Innocent Venus – Ep 01
Another mecha show! Animation quality was superb, and the action scenes were done up very well. Although plot wise, nothing is quite revealed yet.
Hyper Hurricanes have changed the world order, but Japan (huh. why Japan. haha) has managed to survive with the use of Powered Assist Technology and the creation of economic zones. Those who flourished are called Logos, while the poor are called Revenus, and are banished to outside slums. The position of the Logos are maintained by a group called the phamtom.
Episode 1 shows Hitoshi Jin and Jo escaping with Saya Sana, the ‘princess’ of the show. How they are related, how important Saya is, is not revealed yet. We do know Jo has a very strong mecha though.
The animation itself is reason enough to watch. I just hope the plot will be just as exciting.
I just have to point this out….
There’s no Hitoshi in Inoocent Venus, Jin is his name and the girl is named Sana.
I’m starting to wonder where I picked up those names from.
You’re right though. heh. Picked out the names in ep 2 too.
On the Innocent Venus website, Jin is listed as 鶴沢　ä». Does that read Tsurusawa Hitoshi? Not sure
Oh well, let’s stick to the way they pronounce the names in the anime then.
Jo is so cool. I wonder who is better. Jo or Jin?
