Firstly. I’ll say that I think Saya looks really beautiful in that white dress. Although the purple outfit probably suits her better. I think it’s nice that one of the way the story is expressed through the gentle differences in Saya’s expressions. It really says alot.

Saya wakes up to find herself naked except for the the bedsheets. Walking to the windows and looking outside, Solomon appears behind and tells her that he has a change of clothes waiting for her, and to join him when she is done dressing. Meanwhile, Hagi is roaming the entire city looking for Saya.

Meanwhile, Julia is by David’s side as he’s rushed into the hospital’s operating theatre. Even as Julia asks him to keep quiet, he makes a few side jokes. But as he is wheeled into the theatre, his final words were for Julia to come back to them. Joined by Kai and Lewis, Lewis tries to comfort Julia by telling her not to worry as David is a man who can’t die. Lewis tells Kai to go home to wait for Saya, even though he is worried, telling him that he is the only person who can do so.

Back at the airbase, a bunch of regular army troops stare on at the devestated scene, and the corpse corps. But in a building, Amshel and the Defence secretary are discussing about a very successful demostration.

Saya has now joined Solomon, dressed in a white dress. She keeps her distance from Solomon though. Even as Solomon praises Saya’s beauty, she tells him not to as they are supposed to be enemies. Solmon then reveals that he has abadoned Diva, and his brothers, and his wealth. For Saya is the one he loves. Saya responds by running out to the roof, and standing up on the ledge. To Saya, Solmon is very selfish, and only thinking about SolomonxSaya. But Solmon claims that he is willing to accept those that Saya are close to. They are Saya’s family, and she shouldn’t abandone them. Through his long life, Saya has been the only one to touch his heart like that. Pulling her down from the ledge, he proposes to her.

Returning to David’s apartment, Kai slumps into the sofa. Mao asks about everybody else. As Kai explains, Mao notices how Kai seems very depressed, but Kai just asks her to keep quiet. This causes Mao to comment that Kai still doesn’t seem like he has grown up, to which Kai apologises for he IS still a kid. Mao proceeds to lean over to kiss him for a very long time. Drawing away, she teases Kai for looking so smitten, and that someone is going to steal Saya away, and runs off to her room. But behind the room, Mao is pained as well.

Back at Solomon’s place, he tells Saya about the many wonders of the world that she hasn’t seen, and that he wants to bring her around. Saya is caught up in the description, for it has always been her dream to travel around the world too. But then she realises those are dreams of the past, no longer possible anymore. But Solomon disagrees, saying that he’s willing to devote everything for her dreams. Solomon lifts Saya’s chin to kiss her, but Saya ends up slapping him instead. Pulling her close to him again, Solomon says that is why he has left Diva, so that he can fulfill whatever dreams Saya have. At first, Saya seems moved, but moves away finally, saying that her only wish is to kill Diva.

Somewhere else, Nathan is watching a video of Diva’s performance. As Amshel approaches, Nathan enquires what Amshel is going to do after Diva’s children are born. Will he choose the kids, or Diva. Nathan goes on to talk about how all he wants is to be the producer of Diva’s performance, and he will not let anyone stand in the way. Looking back at Amshel, he proceeds to crack the wineglass that Amshel is holding.

Back with Saya, she asks if Solomon is willing to join her to fight Diva. But suddenly she faints and fall forward. Moving away from Solmon who had caught her, Saya insists that she can stand on her own. Talking about her weakness and her slower healing ability, Solomon comments that the time for her sleep must be near. But if her wish is to kill Diva, Solomon will do just that. And he asks Saya to order him to do that, using her lips. Just as Saya draws close, Hagi jumps in.

Hagi wants Saya back. But Solomon says that he wants to build a future with Saya, and that Hagi simply only has a past with her. Hagi claims that he is totally devoted to Saya from the past, and will still not change. Solomon does not want to fight Hagi, but Hagi wants Saya back. Solmon says that he’s going to take Saya as his bride, and likens Hagi to a disobedient dog that needs to be put down.

A fight then starts, both dropping down to another building below, with Saya’s sword dropping in front of her. Soon, Solomon succeeds in stabbing right through Hagi, causing him to cough blood. But after some moments, Hagi succeeds in throwing Solomon down the building. He seems to have dissappeared. But Solomon only turned into his full chiropterean form, and with his wings, grab Hagi up to a very high altitude.

Dropping Hagi, hagi falls. But as he falls, he sees Saya dropping from the roof as well (fainting i think), and he flies after her. Catching her, he unseals part of his chiropteran form, and with his wings, stop their fall.

Hagi apologises. Especially since from the past, he has sealed his chiropterean powers after Saya’s eyes were filled with terror after seeing him used them to protect Saya. Solomon lands besides them too, commenting on Hagi’s true Chiropterean form. Saya comments that she does not have time for dreams anymore, turning around to walk away. But Solomon cries out that he can help kill Diva. But Saya replies that she’s the only one who can do it. Solomon tries to hold Saya back, revealing that Diva is having Riku’s kids. Is Saya willing to kill her family, both her sister Diva, and her brother Riku’s kids. But Hagi takes Saya in her arms and flies away.

Back at David’s apartment, Mao is putting and bandaid on Kai, after he cuts his finger cooking for Saya. mao comments that she has been chasing Kai because she loves him, yet he can only think of Saya. THat’s why she stopped herself from forcing herself onto kai the other day. Mao comments that since Kai is able to reject mao wholeheartedly, he should chase Saya wholeheartedly too. Soon, Hagi and Saya returns. Saya moves to go change, but Kai tells her about the food he has prepared, and everybody exchanges warm smiles.

But soon, it’s time to talk about Diva’s and Riku’s children.

Thoughts

So this is why Hagi always seemed so much weaker, only because he sealed his own powers. I guess this would mean future fights would get even more exciting. I’m left wondering how Saya expects to be killing anybody in her state though, let alone Diva. I thought it was due to Saya not getting enough blood, in actual fact, it’s because her sleep is coming. Which just means she can only get weaker.

Anyway, I wanted to comment on Mao. haha. Someone more ‘real’. Though she thinks she’s weak, she is very strong in the sense of her love for Kai though. Wished I could be like that myself. To be stronger, and to be more direct, and to simply be of help to the person I liked. Hmm. haha.

All through the episode, I was expecting Hagi to cut in between Solomon’s and Saya’s conversation. To a point where it became unexpected when he finally did. Such a pity that Solomon is not going to be fight together, guess he’ll be working in the background again.
